Lew Schulman is a dynamic, innovative social entrepreneur. Taking his experience over a diverse career and applying his knowledge and desire to help develop and apply scalable solutions to complex global social issues. Lew began his career in the military, serving on active duty in the US Navy. After leaving the service, Lew pioneered a lending model for plaintiffs who were out of work due to traumatic injury. After selling this growing business to a private equity group, Lew began his next chapter creating fishing co-ops in South and Central America for the purpose of export to the US. Instituting training programs with the local population. Lew invested in the village fisherman by providing small loans to improve their yield and to adopt sustainable practices, employing hundreds of workers across two continents. Lew then turned his attention to affordable housing and helped pioneer innovative housing strategies including Public Private Partnerships in the US, eventually leading an organization that developed and built thousands of affordable homes in disinvested communities within culturally diverse populations, ultimately taking the expertise to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. He currently serves on several boards and is a cofounder and Chairman of iBUILD Global Inc.
Mr. Sikukuu A N E Mclanhan is graduate of the prestigious Strathmore university obtaining a second upper class honors in Bachelors of commerce majoring in marketing and minoring in finance. Having worked previously in both Dubai and Nairobi under a real estate firm, he brings a wealth of experience in terms of business development, local and regional knowledge. Mr. Sikukuu has also featured for the Kenya Rugby National team in the 15s category in 2012 and has won the Kenya cup with his club KCB RFC in 2018. He is currently the Head of Operations for Karimi Integrated limited in Kenya.
Pauline Okech is a graduate of the University of Strathmore where she majored in Bachelors of Commerce in Finance with a second-class upper honors. She has experience working with a management training consultancy firm, pension Institute and Singaporean Real estate firm leading all administrative and Human resource matters. She currently leads Administration and Legal at Karimi Integrated Limited.
Tony Sembei holds a Bachelors of Commerce; Management Science from Strathmore University. He has practiced Audit and Financial Advisory for the last 5 years, with experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, finance, agriculture, health, public benefit entities and education. He is a fully qualified Capital Markets and Securities Analyst (CMSA®), Certified Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA®), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®). He is currently pursuing membership in the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a qualification in Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration. At Karimi Integrated, Tony manages the Finance , Accounting and Tax operations of the company.
Tonny Owuor is the Chief Technology Officer and has vast experience in software and product design and development both in the FinTech industry and other spheres. As part of his experience, Tonny is fully proficient in multiple programming languages. Tonny undertook a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications in Strathmore University majoring in networking.
